We Review Profiles that have been reported

We review profiles that have been reported to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use. Members accounts are not automatically suspended by the system. If we suspend your account after reviewing it, you can assume that we did so purposefully, and this should be taken seriously. To see how your activity breached our conditions, Read our Terms of Use . If you find other profiles on Megabunk with the same violations, please flag them so we can review them as well!

Don't Cross the Line

Here are some common-sense rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:

• Megabunk is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. Also, be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation.
• Don't post images showing bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making.
• Images displaying graphic or gratuitous violence are not allowed. If any of your your images show someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't upload it.
• Don't post gross-out images of accidents, dead bodies and similar things.
• Respect copyright. Only upload images that you made or that you are authorized to use. This means don't upload images you didn't make, or use content in your images that someone else owns the copyright to.
• We don't permit statements of hate (statements that attack or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity).
• There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from Megabunk.
• Do not create misleading images, descriptions or titles in order to increase interest.

Please take these rules seriously. Do not look for loopholes or legal exceptions. Just try to respect and understand them. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or termination of your account. If your account is terminated you are prohibited from creating any new accounts.
