Cuildorag is a beautiful Victorian house in the West Highlands of Scotland 8 miles south of Fort William. The local scenery is stunning and we are only a short stroll from the shores of Loch Linnhe.
The house itself is surrounded by large mature gardens ( a bit wild and romantic in places) with plenty of parking next to the house. Wildcats, deer and badgers have been seen in the garden over the years with otters and basking sharks down at the shore. We also grow organic vegetables and fruit which may feature on the menu if you order an evening meal! We provide organic and fairtrade produce wherever possible for breakfast and evening meals. Our hens wander freely and are happy to lay your morning egg.
Your comfortable room is the ideal basis for exploring, Ben Nevis and Glencoe are nearby for those who love the mountains, Loch Linnhe and the islands - Mull, Skye, small isles and Lismore- for exploring by boat. Lochaber is the Outdoor Capital of the UK with many activities available year round, climbing and ice climbing, canyoning kayaking and fun yakking, horse riding, golf , cycling including the world championship downhill and XC courses at Nevis Range etc
